Show Notes

Anote Tong (1952) was the President of Kiribati between 2003 and 2016. Kiribati is a small Republic made of islands in the Pacific Ocean and is facing huge problems due to the rising sea level. These issues are provoked by climate change and this is why President Tong worked hard to change the current trend by asking the international community to undertake strong actions to reduce human impact on the environment.
